Collar stay defective; fabric thick; expensive.

Collar stays are sewed into the collar. One stay is either bent or broken, which is visible at a glance. There is no way to remove or replace it. Fabric is thick. Package was tight; shirt was badly wrinkled.

final sale on mislabeled item

This shirt is nice but the size is mislabeled. Purchased as 16-16 1/2 with 34/35 sleeves. It fits like 15 1/2 with 32/33 sleeves. The item had been returned once based on tape on packaging. Instead of removing the item from inventory and returning to manufacturer, Macy's put this "mislabeled" shirt back into circulation as a final sale item. Unsuspecting customers then get stuck with this shirt that has to be donated.
