I am giving one star because main part of filter outer glass cup was missing and associate looked entire item and didn't mentation the part is missing and sold me and policy is final sale.. I have wasted money. Staff was so rode I hope you understand my frustration and send me outer glass filter cover please reach out to me so I can provide address where to ship

The base isn’t wide enough for a wide cup. How hard would it be to make it an inch wider. It’s not usable if you can only use a narrow cup.

Easy to clean and excellent coffee maker

This filter exceeded my expectations! I bought it to replace plastic filters. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and makes the most of the coffee. It works so much better than my old plastic filters with paper cones. It's ideal for anyone who wants a large fresh cup with no waste. Delighted!
