Missing parts

When I received the product, the box was open and the 3 spare wires were missing. I am going to return it unless Macy's can send me the replacement wires.

Feet arrived loose

Good quality product. Comes with spare wires. Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was that 3 out of the 4 feet arrived detached. I had to epoxy them to the marble.
