I am very disappointed in the functionality of this salad mixer. I was delighted to see something made of glass, and not plastic, however, the connection of the plastic 'paddle' isn't secure and falls off. Because I don't make salad dressing frequently, I easily missed the return date deadline so am stuck with it! I don't often write a negative review, but I would NOT recommend purchasing this item.
