sequin failure

Gently taking the dress out of the packaging a sequin fell off and with handling, several others. Some of the sewing was not knotted, the hem was unfinished in places. I glued many of the sequins in place, knotted ends of threads and hope that the child getting it can wear it without it falling apart. It looks pretty but questioning the workmanship.
