Received wrong order

I ordered the programmable crock pot and because I was moving and just put stuff away, I realized I was sent the manual one. Super annoyed!!!!

Broke after a year

I’ve had this for 1-2 years and used it lightly. The past two meals I made with this is used standard recipes I normally use. The both were very burnt by the time I came home from work. No longer will use this because it is not working correctly.

This is the first of Bella range of appliances i have ordered. It is a fantastic product and in the price class secont to none. I love my Bella Slow Cooker cooker and it has earned a perminant spon on my counter top.

Defective Product

Bought this for my daughter as a Christmas gift, she attempted to use it for the 1st time, lights come on but no heat after hours of being plugged in, attempted different outlets and settings. Have been attempting to reach Bella costumer service but no one answers, I’ve left messages with no return call. Will be returning this product to Macys for a refund and going with a different brand to replace my daughter’s gift.
