Still waiting on my refund!!

Nothing wrong with necklace, just didn't care for it. Be very cautious about ordering third party items on Macy's. Trying to track down your refund if you return it is a process. It's been 3 weeks since a returned the necklace at the Macy's store and I still have not received my refund. Very disappointed and frustrated. Poor customer service. Will not purchase third party items again!

Center stone of flower fell off before first wear

Thought it would be a cute statement piece but went I went to wear it the center stone of the large flower just fell off. Very disappointed S it isn’t a piece I would wear daily so I was outside the 30 day return period. I will not be buying anymore Jessica SimpsonJewlety
