Refund not received
I returned this product to Macy’s on 12/28/25 and on 1/15/25 I still have not received my refund. The status of my return shows it was dropped off but it doesn’t show it was ever in transit or delivered to the third party. I think it must be stuck at the store I dropped it off at. When I called Macys.com they said they cannot help me, I need to call the third party. I should not have to work so hard to get a refund from Macy’s when I bought this product from Macy’s. I can’t imagine will want to buy things from Macy’s.com in the future if this is how things are handled.
ALMOST... But Returned
My wife loved the elegant look and toasty warmth of this coat. She looked fabulous in it. However, there is a very noticeable seam inside the sleeves of the coat, that sticks into the interior of the arms in an uncomfortable way. Although she loved all other aspects, that marked discomfort was enough - we are returning.
nice coat
Loved the coat but unfortunately it was too long in the waist which made the rest of the coat not fit well and had to return. If you're a regular size it would probably be fine, but I usually need a petite coat because I'm 5'1".
Love this Coat
I never brought a coat that fit so beautiful. It is warm and I love the hood. Please note the fit is exact. I would have brought an XL to have a little more room, but this size was not available.

Almost perfect
This coat is beautiful! It’s a fantastic weight and is very shapely, until you get to the extra large size. I love it! The large is a little too tight in the arms for me, even though my arms aren’t particularly big, but it’s very flattering in the shape. The extra large is much more comfortable in my arms, but makes me look like a tent so I returned that one and kept the large.
