3rd Party Seller on Macys Site Terrible

Macy's sent me an email to review an item that I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED. Ordered this 2 weeks ago and the shipping still shows a delayed date of arriving a week ago with NO UPDATE. This is a 3rd party seller and not shipped by Macys so their shipping is horrible and communication is non-existent.
