Back hook slips off too easily

The band at the back of the head is attached by an open hook. Unfortunately any time I try to slip the hat on over my ponytail it unhooks itself. Plus the adjustable band doesn't hold tension well. I have to retighten it multiple times during my run. This also causes the hook to slip open and I have to deal with re-hooking it. I really wanted to like this hat! I've been an avid supporter of NF for running hats, but I can't stand by this one

Please go back to the old strap!

Nice hat except for the fact they changed the strap. On the style, from a few years ago, you were able to tuck in the strap. Now the strap sticks out and flops around.
