Defect Cream colored

There is a shoe staple that is sticking UP. I had to have the boot remove at the urgent care. I wasn't billed, but I wish to have either another pair and a refund!!!!

Product condition

had to return the first pair because of a broken arch in one of the boots. I reordered them. I had to return the second pair because the boots, denim, were not the same color. One looked to be old and used the other looked ok. But you could not wear these boots, you would have looked foolish. I am not reordering.

Gorgeous and confortable

This boot is beyond my expectations. Gorgeous, soft leathery material like other Guess boots I have. Can be dressed up with a classy sweater dress or down with leggings and a top. I walked around the house and felt like I am wearing flats, so clearly not too uncomfortable for hills. I also love the pointy toe and the slouch look. Highly recommend them.
