Not so Happy Customer

Not so Great

have used the basic waiters corkscrew for 10 years and loved it so decided to upgrade to the more expensive one with the woooden handle. The worm does not go into the cork like the basic model. The point is just a little flat and requires a vigorous and strong push to get it into the cork, and upon twisting it then chews the cork into bits. Not pleased with this (more expensive) choice
