Love these boots

The shoes are very nice. They sent me the wrong size and I can’t wear them way too big. I wear a 8.5 they sent a 9.5. Very disappointed after waiting a week to get them. Then when I went to reorder the sale was over so I couldn’t get them for the price I paid. Very disappointing. Was frustrated when they told me I couldn’t return them to the store because I ordered on Macy’s. Com. Go figure. So now I have go thur the hassle of sending them back. Just a waste of my time.

Highly dissatisfied

Placed my order for these shoes and couple days later after being charged to my account I was informed that they didn’t have the shoes and that I’ll be reimbursed. I don’t understand why my order was processed and delivered date posted then part of my order canceled. Very careless and poor customer service skills.

Never received

Macy's sent to an old address that I was told was removed from the system, but it wasn't. Then I was told they would issue a courtesy refund and they didn't. I was told that they weren't able to resend the product to the correct address, that I had to place another order, but the product was not longer on sale. Disappointed in the non-customer service.
