Zipper broke

My daughter wore the jacket for two months then the zipper broke. Went to Macys to return but they refused to do anything about it saying its a manufacturer problem. They have definetly lost a customer because I woould not be purchasing from them again. Highly disappointed in their customer service. 😕

CK Winter Coat is a Keeper

Per the 8 year-old recipient: NOT. 5 stars because the fur around the hood is squished down and can’t be fluffed up. But it’s nice and fluffy and warm on the inside.

I never received the coat. Got charged twice for the coat. I recommend not ordering. Macy's don't know what they are doing in these foreign countries. I would never order anything from Macy's. always go into the store. NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM MACY'S
