Arrived damaged no recourse with shipper

Package arrived damaged after the “ground saver” shipping via Macys. UPS then handoff to USPS. Contacted shipper provided photos, Shipper says no record even though they shipped it and it was received damaged. Go figure. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.
