Disappointed

I had to refuse the delivery three times On different days. A Wednesday, Thursday and friday. had spoken to Macy's on Monday in reference to having this delivery two weeks before we were to receive the mattress. There was no assembly for the base, it was just going to be dropped off at my home and then i would have an base that i would have to locate someone to assemble and no mattress! I am 86 years old and I can not assemble a large and.very heavy piece of equipment. Previously I had purchased the same type bed frame, mattress, living room and dining room furniture. Macys delivered and installed with the white glove service. I was offered the same service with this order, however on .Monday, we were informed that the assembly would only apply to the mattress. Which does not make sence, because a mattress does not need assebly!!

Quiet

This is super quiet and was easy to put together. It does come mostly assembled except for the legs. It is very heavy. It will take two people to carry it upstairs. I would recommend it.
