Tugs a bit

I like the volume this creates, however it pulls my hair quite a bit and does not pass through the length very easily. I am concerned about breakage

Too hot a temperature!

I DO like the brush, helping dry my hair, and I am getting used to it, as I normally simply "air dry" my hair, but this is quicker. The curling iron brush, however, I am not so fond of. The lowest setting is 260 degrees and I read somewhere that for my finer hair, I should be using a temperature of 170 or so... Why won't the setting go lower??
