The Hot Wheels City Mega Garage playset is four levels of parking garage awesomeness. It comes with one 1:64 scale vehicle but can hold almost 60 more additional cars sold separately. At the center is a corkscrew elevator that carries cars between different floors and releases them onto a track. Kids control it with a hand-crank and determine whether cars continue to other adventures or if they roll into a parking spot where they are put on display. Multiple connection points on the base allow kids to connect the playset to other Hot Wheels sets sold separately, and there are an additional four outlets to connect orange track pieces to it for the ultimate in stunting and building. One 1:64 scale Hot Wheels vehicle is included for action right out of the box Colors and decorations may vary.

Seriously??

This “new” Hot Wheels City Mega Garage Playset was delivered to me with the box open and pieces hanging out like they couldn’t all fit, wrapped in a plastic bag and taped up. Seriously, Macys?

Terrible item received

I revived my item today and when I opened the Macys box, the product box was already cut open in several places. Where is Macy’s quality control? This is absolutely disgusting.

Missing Parts

I bought this as a gift for my friends kiddo. We tried assembling it Christmas Eve, but it was missing 3 track parts and one of the main stabilizing components. So annoying!!! The directions are already a headache this made it so much worse. I want to return, but don’t want to pay the shipping. Not sure what to do. Bummer all around.

Missing Parts

The Hot Wheels set was a Christmas gift for my nephew. Upon opening the gift on Christmas Eve and putting it together, we discovered parts to be missing. Not only were parts missing, the blue garage parking piece was duplicated versus being two different pieces to stack. Very disappointing.

Delayed Shipping with no updates for a week

Ordered said was going to be delayed but delivered on the 24th, still has not arrived on the 28th. It will be my last order from macys.
