Don’t be fooled

I have used this powder for a couple years. This one is going back. Charged me full price for what looks like a travel size. Extremely disappointed.

Still dry looking

I really want to like all of Laura Mercier's powders, but just can't. Mostly all powders for the undereye area. I found that the one created for that area, still looked very dry and every single line showed up. I had high hopes for this one and the rose shade of this, but it cannot be used in the under eye area as it looks very dry and I'm very light handed. First I tried with the puff. Then I tried with a brush after knocking off the excess. Both times dry under eyes. I do like the rose on other areas of my face, it warms up my complexion. So still trying to find a setting powder that will keep my concealer in place.

Best powder ever!

Love this powder! Works great to soften under eyes, even on my mature skin. Softens and blurs lines around the mouth and t zone. Sets makeup flawlessly.

The mini in rose tone is nice!

I bought the Laura Mercier Mini Translucent Loose Setting Powder in the ROSE tone. I read that rose colors are suitable for older skin tones, and I have a cool complexion with rose undertones. I have only used it twice. So far, I like it. I don't notice the rose tone at all, so that might be a good thing. It's very sheer and provides just the right amount of light, matte finish. If you're unsure, I'd recommend buying the mini size to test it.

Ultra-Blur Setting Powder in Rose

This is a very nice powder and does a great job at blurring and filling in pores. I took off two stars because this product contains parabens. In this day and age, most companies are eliminating the usage of hormone disruptors. I didn't realize it had parabens until after purchasing the product. I don't think I'll purchase it again for that reason. Parabens are considered toxins, so that's something I'm eliminating from my life.
