"Shipped" 1 month ago- never received

ordered between Black Friday and Cyber Monday. My card was charged on Monday and a tracking number was added to my order saying "shipped." However, UPS status over a month later still says "estimated delivery date will be available when UPS receives the package..." Terrible service, and I have to call just to hear- order has been delayed 😡
