Polo Baby Vest 6 months

I received this item in the mail yesterday. The vest is small enough to fit a doll. I purposely ordered size 6 month for my newborn. This will never fit him and he is barley 2 weeks old. I think the sizing is off (maybe they labeled incorrectly
