Scarf and hat

Love the items. The set is very nice. Feels smooth, the material is off good quality so it doesn't itches the back of the neck. The length of the scraf is perfect to wear long or wrapped around in a tie.

Never received this product

Never received and customer service was terrible. Macys took my money on December 13th and STILL has not refunded my money! Customer service did not help at alll. UPS never received this package to even deliver. STOP STEALING customer’s money!
