Cuban Espresso Pot/Maker

The only reason I was not sure about giving 5 stars is we have not, yet, used the pot. However, it looks and feels exactly like the one that was gifted to us at our wedding shower -- 51 years ago and it is still working like it did on day one. The other options did not look like they were sturdy so we were happy to receive it and see it looks like we made the right choice. It is a gift for a friend that moved out of state and can't find his electric espresso machine in their moving boxes.

Makes strong coffee

This stovetop espresso maker to me is a glorified really bold/strong coffee maker as opposed to actual espresso. But that doesn’t mean I don’t like it! It’s easy to use and the small size is perfect for someone like me that doesn’t drink tons of coffee all the time. Best of all it’s simple and quick to clean. I used medium-fine Italian coffee grounds. Don’t forget it’s environmentally friendly since no coffee filter is needed! Just be aware that this does not actually make real espresso, only strong coffee similar to espresso.

Easy to use

So good and easy to make expresso

Super easy to make and awesome expresso. I just put it on the stovetop and it’s ready when it steams. So glad I finally tried this. My friend from Italy use to make me expresso like this.

Amazing

This is my first time making coffee this ways as I always use instant coffee. It was easy to use with the instructions included. It’s fast to make my coffee during the morning with this espresso maker. Also easy to clean and store in my house.

Actually Works!

As someone who's never used an Espresso Machine or Maker before, let alone drink Espresso, I was very skeptical about how this would work especially with coffee. I followed all of the directions, and it brewed a very tiny amount of coffee, equivalent to a shot of espresso. I was very surprised and thoroughly impressed with this. Cleaning is also very easy, you are NOT supposed to use soap, only hot water, which was also very easy literally just wash in hot water rinse (well it's a habit for me anyway) and let dry. Not complicated at all.

Better than Starbucks.....

This espresso maker is top notch I absolutely love it. Its a perfect/quick expresso for one. Its simple and easy to use and washes easily with some soap and water. I will definitely be skipping starbucks for a while. Hand wash only do NOT put in dishwasher
