Not holding up

Have these brushes just over a year. Periodically wash them and the brush used the most has not held up. Bristles kept coming out, had to throw away.

Missing 2 brushes

I was giving as a gift and there should have been 5 brushes but only 3 were included. Didn't realize until too late. How embarrassing for me. They got returned but whoever packed should of realized they were short 2 brushes.

Poor packaging

The bottom seam on all 3 packages were split open causing the product to fall out. These were gifts that I had to find alternate packaging for in order to make them presentable. A couple of the brushes got dirty due to the poor manufacturing packaging. Not sure if I will purchase from them again due to this.

Very Winter

These brushes are beautiful. Bristles are nice and soft snd overall look is clean. It will be a chanukah gift. It has a very winter like look to go along with the palette!
