Very poor quality

Glasses were not good quality all. The rim was uneven and one of the glasses had a line across the middle, it was not a crack, just a blemish. This is the first time I have ever had a product of this poor quality from Macy’s

No update on shipping

I ordered these glasses weeks ago and have had no update on shipping, it only says that a label was created. I attempted to contact Macy's but have not heard back yet. It's very frustrating to have no communication very poor customer service.
