I love my ankle boots .I ordered 8.5 extra wide and they fit perfectly. My normal shoe size is 9. The heels on these boots are low and cute.

Disappointed

Such a disappointment! They looked pretty but not to wear , extremely stiff , kitten heal was very unstable, zipper was extremely hard to open and close , would not recommend

Stuck Zippers

Looked forward to getting shoes, but had to use wire pliers to unzip to try them on. I wound up spraying WD40 on the zippers and got some movement. I had to spray multiple times and let zipper teeth soak in the WD40 before the teeth would engage for access. No shoe zippers or shoes should be this hard to get into!
