Love the look but not the fit

when i can get my hands on a wide womens shoe I usually order a half size smailler. these fit me perfectly across the wide ball of my foot but my heel slipped right out on first step i took in them. makes them impossible to wear. Do they make the heel wider too?

Open Toe Sparkly Navy Platform

I love the look of the shoe, they are gorgeous, but the platform is not rounded enough and doesn't bend when walking so it kicks your heel out of the shoe. Trip hazard

Platform pump shoes
