Terrible zipper. Don’t buy this. Don’t know why they would sell this defective item at Macys.

Luna Spring Straw Shoulder Bag

This bag is lovely but poorly made I only used this bag for a week ant the strip has pulled away. I'm going to bring to a shoe repair to see it they can fix this. Very disappointed.

Lavender purse

I love the lavender color; the size is just right for a Petite woman; but the outside zipper is stiff and not so smooth moving! Inside zipper is smooth! :)

green straw handbag with zipper closure

very poor quality, once zipper was opened, straw portion of bag puckered and it was impossible to re zip . I am returning this bag, very disappointed

Disappointing

Due to price point I wasn’t expecting a top quality bag but this item was so disappointing I had to return. The vinyl strap was extremely flimsy and the zipper kept getting stuck. I’m sure it wouldn’t have lasted more than a month. As cute as it looked online, I couldn’t see an adult carrying this bag. Luckily with Macy’s easy return policy it was a breeze to repackage and take to a UPS drop off store when I ran my errands.
