Not happy

I purchased this on the 23rd and they said it would be delivered on the 27th. According to tracking system it was delivered. Never received it. So now they tell me it would be delivered on the 30th of September. i still have not received this. This is not something that I have experienced wit Macy's before and I am not happy. They sent me a package the next day and it was something I do not use and I did not order. This is not the product it is whoever it packaging these items. This is not funny!!!!!!!!!!!!

Luxurious Product - Compact needs improvement

Quality and Color of product is perfect. Smooth application. Compact needs improvement. Very difficult to open and discern which side is the opening side. Locking mechanism is hard to unlatch once you find it. Please consider redesigning the compact to indicate which side the thumb latch is on and make the latch more simple for aging hands to open and enjoy the excellence of the product.
