Love the picture and religious sentiment

These are beautiful cards that I used to package money and /or gift cards for Christmas presents. There were lots of compliments and questions about where I got them.

Incorrect

The inside of the actual card does not look like picture. The card is plain white with greeting in blue ink. The picture in the website has a colored background and Bible verse Matthew 1:21. Ordered 3 boxes a week ago. I received cards yesterday. A let down. It is so close to Christmas now. Will have to go shopping for other cards. Macys can certainly do better.

Other occasion to buy:On line agents were terrible. Just repeating a script without answering questions honestly. Illogical responses.

Customer Service Nightmare

I ordered 6 boxes of Christmas cards from Macys online in the first days of December. In an effort to track my order after the 5 day delivery didn’t happen, I experienced a customer service nightmare. Off shore agents gave me conflicting information over and over again. I even got two email notification with two hours one day:one saying my cards would be delivered and the other cancelling the order. Terrible service! My in store experience in the Westfarms Store was just the opposite. Thank you, Scott, for renewing my confidence in service at Macys. He was terrific. Reward Scott and retrain your online agents.
