Everything sticks

These are the worst pans I have ever used. I used a cooking spray and it left a weird residue. I used extra virgin olive oil and low med heat and again everything stuck. I even tried butter and nope everything stuck! Even boiling water for hard boiled eggs left a weird residue in the pans. The worst pans ever

Great quality cookset

Very nice

We purchased this set to use on a new induction stove, and have not used them at all on a conventional stove. We did a lot of research and found many thoughtful positive reviews of Tramontina as an attractive, high quality cookware set that would work well with induction cooking at a reasonable price. You can pay lots more for some of the better-known brands but it's hard to imagine how they would give you any better performance. Induction cooking presents a bit of a learning curve at first, but these pots and pans have become my reliable, predictable tools. The pots are easy to clean with normal use and might need some Barkeeper's Friend polishing now and then. Metal utensils can scratch, avoid if you can.

Beautiful and Practically Perfect in Every Way

Absolutely love this cookwear set! Heats evenly, handles remain cool, well made and is a very solid set. Glass covers work perfectly. Easy to cook with, easy to clean and they look beautiful.

Better to buy in store - Improper Packaging

The shipping box wasn't packed appropriately and the glass lids were broken upon receipt. It could be the deliver driver mishandled it as well since the photo taken for proof of delivery was blurry and unviewable. It's very disappointing because this was a housewarming gift for a family member and now they have to return it.
