Disappointed

I received this item smashed. Very disappointed that Macys did not package this item better for shipping. I didn’t even open the box because didn’t want glass to get everywhere.

Poorly Packed

I ordered 2 sets of glasses. Unfortunately the 2 boxes were shipped in a large box with no padding to prevent them from crashing around inside. 4 of the 8 glasses were shattered.

They did not even bother wrapping the box or glasses so they arrived shattered. Only purchase from the store.
