The pockets are a nightmare

The pockets are a nightmare for me with curvy hips. I’m going to take the skirt to the tailor to see if they can be removed.

Pocket Fail

Lovely fabric and well constructed but the pockets flare at the side making for a really unflattering silhouette. Seems to be sized generously.

Am I doing something wrong? Mine looks nothing like on the model. . I’m 5’5” (not super tall) but this skirk goes to my feet, not mid-calf, like the model.

Gorgeous but def size down

Lovely construction, love the wide waistband and unusual structure of the pockets. But it runs really large compared to other Marcella items. Overall quite nice!!!

Super stretchy, thick, and incredibly comfortable. If you’re between sizes, I recommend sizing down. Love, love this one!

Disappointed

I can’t imagine that anyone actually wants pockets in a pencil skirt. While it looked cute in the photo they completely ruined the straight sleek look I was hoping for. Perhaps if they lay flat or were in a different position they would work but sadly they gap unevenly and protrude in an unflattering spot despite my slender build. Please rethink this skirt!
