Other occasion to buy:Terrible chat room and customer service.

Wrong item sent

We were sent the wrong item from the vendor. I purchased this for my disabled daughter, she doesn't drive. She didn't have a way to return the wrong product. So we decided to keep it, then reorder the correct item. It was on sale, but customer service would not honor the original sale price. I was on hold for the longest time on chat, then was disconnected. So I called customer service, she was of no help.

wrong item sent

I ordered the tea and got a coffee canister. How can that happen. This was a gift for my disabled daughter. She doesn't drive, so she can't return it. I live in a different state, so I can't help her with the return. Please sent the right Tea canister without her having to return the wrong one.
