Arrived with Dents

Both paper towel holders arrived damaged with dents, dings and swirl marks etched into the finish. They look like "seconds", reduced from the factory because of cosmetic defects. I guess that is why they were on sale. I kept them because sometimes the fight is not worth the effort. I will consider the source when I am looking to purchase another product.

Paper Towel Holder I’ve been looking for!

It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. It durable and does not move when you remove paper towels. I’ve been searching for one like this that I did not have to screw into the wall and I finally found it!

This was terrible. It came damaged and it was wobbly and bulky. Do not recommend!

Arrived damaged

It arrives with several dents in the base. The shipping box was in excellent condition so that tells me Macys sent me an already damaged paper towel holder. Poor quality control!
