Never tried the item.

Bought it on Feb. 06/26 was told that it would take 3 to 5 business days. Won’t get deliver until feb. 27/26. Very un responsible service.

Receipt in hand yet exchange was refused Very P

Macy's refused to help my friend with a size exchange even though they had the physical receipt I provided. The associate claimed they needed a 'Purchase Order' number, which was nowhere to be found on the documentation Macy's sent. It is ridiculous to provide a receipt and then tell the customer it isn't enough. ​This is a major flaw in your system. If a receipt is produced, the exchange should be honored. You are losing loyal customers by making simple gift exchanges impossible for the elderly or those who aren't tech-savvy enough to 'find' hidden PO numbers.
