This was not Macys product it just didn’t seem as other things that I purchased at Macys maybe you all need to stop with these third party people and go back to selling good stuff again . Poor quality doesn’t look rich . I love Macys so watch whaat you all are doing. Thank you

Love the jacket just not the smell!

This jacket I just received and really love it. The bad is the smell. It's been used as this jacket smells to high heaven of laundry detergent or something that smells like that. It's horrible. I was going to wash it but then why should I accept a jacket that stinks and is probably used?? Very disappointed in this brand Rokka & Rolla. I did reorder (and sending back the stinky one!) a new one and it better not have that wretched stink this time. If it does, then there is something wrong with a company that feels that any buyer should accept this. Crossing fingers the new one is stink free! Other than that, the jacket is very nice, thin and light which is great for us here in So Cal. And it's hard finding a black jacket like this, so giving it another try. R&R you gotta do better with checking items going out to buyers!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I HAD THE RETURN THE ITEM. IT SAYS VENDOR RECEIVED THE ITEM A MONTH AGO AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND. MACYS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE DOES NOT GIVE INFORMATION, AND NOBODY ANSWERS WHEN THE MONEY WILL BE RETURNED. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR AS MACYS DOES NOT PROVIDE INFORMATION WHEN NEEDED. WORSE PURCHASE EVER. I HAVE WASTED MORE THAN ONE HOUR ON THE PHONE WITH MACYS.
