Are They Serious!!!

It smells cheap and absolutely dreadful on the skin. The Citrus is Sour on me. No way will I ever wear on myself.

Ralph Club eau du toilette

I've used this product for 2 years, after they discontinued my double black cologne. My wife enjoys the scent. The item was on sale. I appreciate that the bottle can be refilled, saving the environment.

Loses it potency in five minutes. Smells different than the tester in store. Don’t waste your money.

advertised free gift with purchase

when you click on the free gift and it gives you options, which every option stated free gift with purchase, and then the free gift isnt included its false advertising plan and simple. unfortunately when I called after receiving the package the Macy's rep promised a return call within an hour because all managers were busy; I'm still waiting for that call nearly two weeks later, mind blowing. worst customer er service ever.
