zipper broke after 1 wear

I absolutely loved this dress — the fit, color, and overall look were gorgeous and I got so many compliments wearing it. The material felt nice and it photographed beautifully. Unfortunately, after only one wear, the zipper completely broke while I was taking it off, which was really disappointing considering how much I liked it. I would still say the dress itself is beautiful, but the zipper quality definitely needs improvement.
