Love the style and color. But ordered 5.5 men’s size. I’m size 6 women size but definitely the shoes is narrow, perfect for my feet.

Wrong size sent
They’re advertised as women’s shoes, b it they are actually unisex. I orders my normal size in women’s, and was sent that size in men’s. Way too big. I’m so disappointed! Will return.

Wrong Size and Refund requested
I have ordered these shoes three times. I selected a size 7.5 women's, but they keep shipping me men's size 7.5, corresponding to a women's size 9. I returned one pair at a store in Nashville, TN, which is 1.5 hours away from my location. I am trying to print a return label; however, they are offering me a gift certificate instead of a refund. I previously spoke with a rep and he stated he would email a return label, which I never received.
Shoes are in mens size
Very cute shoes, but even though they are on the Macy's website labeled as a Woman's shoe, the sizes are in MEN's sizes. So, ladies, definitely get the shoe if you like it, but order it in your equivalent men's size. For instance, I'm a 9.5 women's - so I should have ordered a size 8 (that's what I would wear in men's size). I didn't know that, so I ordered a 9.5 and it's huge. I'm returning now. Macy's should fix this on the website to be clearer.
Super cute but runs really big.
I was looking for a sneaker in off-white and ordered these Converse in my normal size. They were really big so I reordered in 1/2 size smaller. Unfortunately they also are really big in the toe. If you know your Converse size, I still think these are nice and can be a great choice. I will be returning the two.
Incorrect Description
Website incorrectly states this shoe is women's size. I was excited to order a women's size 4.5 sneaker. Only to be greatly disappointed and frustrated when I received the shoes. Upon opening the shoe box, I knew the shoes were too big for me. When I inspected the tag, it said "Men's size 4.5" This experience was a total disappointment and waste of my time from ordering it then having to return it at the store. To make it worse, the other pair of Converse shoes I placed in the same order were also incorrectly advertised as women's size!
