Montreaux Warmth (but a little snug)

Love the very warm Montreaux Down coat. When the temp was below zero and the wind was howling, I was actually comfortable (unlike my other down jackets and coats). Marmot's Montreaux Coat is definitely a slim fit which I had not seen in any description. Unfortunately, very tight to zip up over chest but kept it as a larger size would have been too long in arms and too loose around body.

Awesome jacket

I love this jacket! I decided to buy it after reading Gear Lab reviews--it was their top pick for women's winter jackets when I picked it, and it did not disappoint. Stylish, fits me well, keeps me warm, and has held up. Zipper did eventually wear out and is hard to replace, which is why I am getting another!

Perfect coat.for New Emgland winters

I got this coat right before an especially bad cold snap in Boston. It did the job wonderfully. It holds up to the wind, cold, and snow. It's also very comfortable. I ordered a medium and am 5'5" and 145 pounds.

very nice coat

The coat is very light but still warm. Great quality but runs very small. I wear large but purchased XL, and there is no way I can wear a winter sweater under the coat.

Warm and flattering

This well-made coat is super warm and comfortable. It is slightly fitted, so you don't look huge from all the puffy down. One reviewer said the down isn't as full as her previous coat, so I fluffed my coat up in the dryer with clean tennis balls, and it came out very fluffy. It is an expensive coat, but it is worth the price!
