I think I’m hooked!
I bought this vacuum last month during an incredible sale. I was skeptical about getting another corded vacuum but this is amazing. I love all the features and it cleans deeper than my Dyson stick vacuum ever had. It’s light weight, stands on its own and maneuvers so smoothly! So powerful on my carpets that even on hard surface mode, it picks up the rugs. The only struggle I have is with my rugs on my hardwood floors, the vacuum tries to eat them! This is my 2nd shark purchase as the first was a floor cleaning which I also adore.

Great for hardwood and low pile rugs
I have it 2 weeks. - I have 2 dogs hardwood floors and low pile carpets. This handles all with ease and actually does a great job picking it all up. I was hesitant to get a stick but found it works just as well as regular and it’s easier to maneuver . The cord is long and covers most of my main floor. The small con is you have to dump the cup often, but it’s really not a big deal- and shows you how dirty you floors really were.

Best shark stick vac.
Love it. Much improved over other stick vacs. It stands up on its own and has a longer cord.

The cord will be the downfall of this vacuum
I really do like this vacuum. I have a shark full size vacuum that is great and love having a corded stick vacuum for quick yet complete cleaning. I have long thick hair that sheds like crazy and it never gets wrapped around the brushrolls. The smaller canister honestly makes it so much easier to empty out the debris and dust, as my old battery stick vacuum from another company would get stuck by the filter and I’d have to stick my hands in to grab all the gross stuff. The lights make it easy to maneuver and see crud on your floors. Overall, it’s great and I honestly love it… for the most part. I bet you’re wondering, well if it’s so great then why the 2-star rating? Well - it’s the cord itself. It is the most rigid, uncooperative cord I have ever experienced on an electronic of any kind. My larger Shark has a very nice, pliable and flexible cord that makes wrapping it up and moving it around SO much easier. I thought I’d be getting a similar cord situation when ordering this one, but oh my gosh. The amount of times I have contemplated sending this back ONLY because it is a fight every single time I use it. It gets knotted and twisted so easily, it is so rigid that it barely wraps, and just when you think you’ve finally gotten it around the machine, the clip turns downward and the entire cord falls off and needs to be redone. It takes me longer to put the cord on the thing when I’m done than to actually vacuum my house. I really REALLY wish they would fix this for the next model because this will be the one reason I never buy a new Shark vacuum again.I could see people with arthritis or low mobility in their hands/fingers having a very hard time with this. PLEASE MAKE THE CORD MORE FLEXIBLE. IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT TO WRAP A CORD.

Wonderful vacuum
T his vacuum is the cat's meow. I love it. Light weight. Easy to use and boy does.it pick up. I have twosmall dogs and it works great p8cking up their hair. I would highly recommend this vacuum.

This is absolutely the BEST vacuum I have ever owned!! It practically drives itself & you can feel the power suction when you are using it!!! I would recommend it too everyone who is looking for a lightweight vacuum with a long cord!!

Throw Rugs
I had to stand on the throw rugs to hold them down because the suction is so strong. These two carpets are at the back door and get a lot of traffic. They also get vacuumed by my Dyson (albeit old) weekly. After running the Shark vacuum over them, the vacuum was full.
