Not worth the cost
Had this less right at a year and it just stopped working. The streak part was ok it was nice to he able to add own solution in the reservoir but the vacuum part was not at all what was advertised. It did not pick up much if anything. For the cost there are much better options out there and I would go look at other options. Highly disappointed in this mop

Small dirty water tank
The machine works well I wish it wouldn’t leave water droplets on my floors and the water tank where the dirty water goes. It would be better if it was bigger. Cause some parts of my house has a lot of floor. And I have to constantly empty out the dirty water tank cause it’s so small.

Awesome to use
Light, long cord, easy to clean up afterwards, uses water only, no chemicals, picks up dirt, has a lights on it, very easy to assemble. Easier to push on my tile floors than the pad type steamers.

Great machine
I just started using my Shark Steam Pickup cleaner and I’m really happy with it. It’s easy to use and doesn’t require any special cleaning fluid to clean. It has cut down on the amount of time that I used to have to spend cleaning the floors. I recommend this tool for anyone who wants to clean hard surface floors quickly and efficiently.

Horrible
I bought this a few weeks ago and just used it last night. Wouldn’t recommend. The front is high/thick preventing you from getting to a lot of areas. I had to get another flat mop to get to the areas I needed to which in turn doubled my cleaning time. Definitely will mot purchase again.

Not my favorite Shark product
I have owned and do own many shark cleaning products, this one is not good. I have to mop after I run it. It leave dirty water on the floor. Had it about a year and have not touched it in about 4 months. Gave away my favorite shark steam mop so now I am just moping. Not happy.
