Not Worth the Purchase

The screen is hard to read when any button is pressed making the function desired hard to select. weighing numbers change quickly amd often even with food on the scale still. Would be returning had I not waited so long to use in the first place.

Weighs everything properly and very good price!

It did exactly what it was supposed to do it weighed everything that I put on it and it was pretty accurate so for the price you can't go wrong. Haven't had it long enough to see if the batteries die quick or maybe the item itself might get defective quickly but right now it's five stars.

Never Received

I ordered this scale on 11/22. On 11/28 tracking said it was out for delivery, then on the same day it was returned by the PO to sender for insufficient address. I contacted Macy's, but they said it was from a third party so once it reached their warehouse I would receive a refund in 10 days. I said I didn't understand this as I order from Macy's all the time and I received other items from the same order. I was told "Sometimes it's a technical issue, and other times it's a problem with the warehouse, so don't worry about it—just place a new order." Really! This was on sale the day I ordered it and now it isn't. No, I will not place a new order.
