It's a Hit

Our 3 yr old grandson saw this in a magazine and immediately said I want that. It's the only toy he wanted. His enthusiasm opening it was adorable and he played with it for hours with his cousins. The toy is well made and is definitely a keeper! Love it!

Unacceptable

My order was supposed to take four days to arrive. It was then delayed. I wasn’t notified. When competitors can ship to store within days, there is no excuse for Macys to take 12 days with no order status update emails. My order was placed 12/14 and still hadn’t arrived in store by 12/24
