Love this for my belly
I had stretch marks from major weight loss, the stretch marks are almost gone after 2 months use. Abdominal area has definitely toned up you can see the muscles and my slight love handles also gone. I love this belt. You have to connect the remote (which is the battery) to it but you can walk around or work out with it, it just has a wire connected to that remote which can seem confusing. To charge it you have to unplug remote and plug it to the outlet to charge up. It has served its purpose and my boyfriend uses it on his knee for a previous injury says it helped him as well!
Disappointed on product
Use product for 1 week and it stop working, was existing at first couldn’t wait to use product then very disappointed after used in short time WOW

It’s helped me slim down my love handles ! The device is wireless but there is a wire connected to the remote so you can still walk around freely, you just need to hold the remote or tuck it in the belt. It’s very powerful and helps speed up stretch mark healing so I used it to treat pregnancy stretch marks, they’re almost not visible. Very happy
Write a Better Manual
This item might be really good however the writers of the so called manual are so caught up in the benefits of the product that directions consist of basically 4 sentences. I have yet to figure out how to wear this without being attached to a wall socket. Nothing about charging or how anything connects is mentioned. Was under the impression I could wear this without being attached to a wire. I have even looked on line for directions with little success.. again might be really good but I have little success wearing it wireless.

I’ve been using the red light belt for about two weeks now. I apply it to my left shoulder, quads, arm, and stomach. This belt has been incredibly helpful in reducing muscle soreness and alleviating pain in my shoulders and neck. Before using the belt, I could barely lift heavy weights with my left arm. However, since I started using it, I’m now able to lift heavy weights at the gym. Additionally, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in soreness in my quads during lunges. I can also see a decrease in my belly, particularly my FUPA.
