Lodis moldly

Purse came in very very moldy smelling like it had stayed on docks a long time. I love Lodis but Macys has ruined it.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER DISSERVICE

I know why Macy's is losing customer base. I ordered this product. the order was cancelled by Macy's becasue they claimed it was not available but later that day it was available on the site for a much higher price. A few days later is was offered at a sale price. I purchased it but just now received a message saying it was on back order with no delivery date. I just tried to cancel this "backorder" and was told by Macy's I can't cancel the order. HOrrible
