Item not received

I received notice that a shipping label was created for the item, but not shipped through UPS. I attempted to process a claim through UPS, but because the item wasn’t in their inventory, there’s nothing they can do. I contacted Macy’s to let them know that the item wasn’t ever received, and they issued me a refund. I would prefer to contact the seller to see if the shipment was even processed, but there’s no way for me to do that. With the other few items that I purchased from Macy’s on the same day, it was supposed to come to my address by April 22. March 5 I’m leaving this review with no item and a pending refund. I believe the seller to be a scam. Take your money elsewhere.
