Off season

Hello I bought this set off season last year. When I had the handy man put it together this summer. I had two bottoms for the storage box. It was smaller then the top cover. When I call Macy" s the first agent said she would reach out to them, she did not. When I call the second time to Macy"s. I was asked to wait a few days to get a response from the seller. I have not heard anything. I called the company, I was told I would get a 20% off coupon. I have not received it yet. It has been over 3 weeks. The set is fair. The pillows are very thin. They are not firm at all. The set, set low. The material is fair. The paint job should have been better and the wicker should have been better. I would not buy again.
