Terrible experience!
I picked up one of my online orders (YSL mini Duo set) at Macy’s Clackamas town center as this set is available there. Look: the box is old, ripped and taped together! I talked to the worker: “This is definitely a returned item!” She replied: “You can go to beauty section to ask if they can switch a new one.” Whoever fulfilled my order should feel shame! This is an insult to a customer! I went to beauty section and requested a new one. A saleslady looked up at computer and said there’s none. I said: “I will return it and reorder it.” Guess what she said: “The one you got today is the last one we have here. If you return it and reorder it, and you will get this same one when you come here to pick it up.” Does this get even better? I decided to return it later to at Vancouver store and I did; so Macy’s Clackamas center won’t have it to sell to another customer! The Manager (Amy) is very professional, went above and beyond, She stated item at this condition should NEVER resell!
Perfect mini perfumes
As a mini perfume collector, I love these mini Libre bottles—they’re slightly larger than other minis and have the same beautiful design, with a lovely scent. Just note they don’t have a spray or roller top, so they’re not ideal for travel, but that’s fine for me as a collector.

Too small for the price
The quantity is too small for the price better go for larger bottle if you like the fragrance . Plus I had a hard time dealing with the YSL staff at the counter (named Dipender) at Newport mall. She started giving me unasked advice and was very rude.
Parfum
I opened up my box ofYSL. And only one bottle was wrapped in paper. I looked but it wasn’t there. I know they are tiny bottles but I didn’t receive two. I won’t them to send my other bottle.
